Conditions for apartment rental.

Minimum rental 1 week.Change over day is Saturday.A refundable deposit of £200 against damage,loss or cleaning 8 weeks prior to arrival, returned within 2 weeks after departure from apartment.30%(non refundable) of the total rental cost to secure booking.The balance plus the security deposit 8 weeks prior to arrival.Late bookings,whole amount payable on booking.Arrivals idealy between 2 PM and 7 PM depart before 10 AM.
